  • Track 1: Rooted Identity

    Wayne cauvto & silvanna Kneeland

Discovering Who You Are in Christ

What changes when we begin to see ourselves the way God sees us? Rooted Identity is a journey into knowing God as Father, understanding who we are in Christ, and learning to live from a place of belonging rather than striving. Together, we’ll explore how our identity in Jesus shapes the way we see God, ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether you are new to faith or have followed Jesus for years, there is always more freedom to discover when we become rooted in who He says we are.

  • Track 2: The Transforming Word

    bonny Hoeflien & jerard Spencer

Encounter God, Hear His Voice & Live His Word

This seven-week journey is designed to help you build a lifelong relationship with God’s Word, not simply learning how to read the Bible, but discovering how Scripture transforms the way we know God, understand who we are, pray, and live. Together, we’ll learn practical ways to study and understand Scripture, recognize God’s voice through His Word, and grow in spiritual discernment as we learn to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. We’ll also explore how Scripture strengthens prophetic ministry and learn how to take what God has shown us and communicate it through simple, clear, biblical teaching. Whether you are just beginning to engage the Bible or have walked with Jesus for years, this track is about becoming more confident in the Word and allowing it to continually shape your life.

FAQ's

What is Grow Nights?

Grow Nights are a 7-week discipleship experience designed to help you grow deeper in your faith, relationships, and everyday walk with Jesus. Each Wednesday from 6:30–8:00 PM, you’ll gather with the same track to learn, connect, and grow together. Programming is also available for kids and teens.

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome! Whether you are brand new to church, new in your faith, or have been walking with Jesus for years, there is a place for you at Grow Nights.

Do I have to sign up in advance?

Yes. Please register for the track you’d like to attend, along with any kids or teens joining you. Registration helps us prepare the right amount of space, materials, and volunteers for everyone.

Can I switch tracks after I sign up?

Because each track is designed as a 7-week journey, we ask that you choose one track and stay with it for the full experience. This gives you time to build relationships, grow together, and get the most out of each week.

What about my kids?

Kids and teens have their own Grow Nights programming at the same time as the adult tracks — one sign-up above covers every child under 18, from infants through high schoolers.

What if I miss a week?

That's okay! We'd love for you to attend all 7 weeks, but you're welcome to jump back in the next week even if you miss one.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Each class will be in a different room. Your group leader will notify you where your class will be held

Who do I contact with questions?

Please contact your group leader or amanda@encounterny.com for any questions.
